It includes lots of articles and videos by Facebook to educate local businesses on how to reach and engage customers. For example, the New Word of Mouth video is a simple, but cool way to get the concept across.
But wait, there's more...many examples of great campaigns leveraging Facebook. I particularly like the Corona campaign that drove an increase in "Likes" (fans) from 3,000 to 200,000 in just 2 months by featuring the pictures of Likers on the digital billboard in Times Square.
